Our engineers are trying to find out what our upstream provider is reporting on the issue.
Customers on new power circuits and those with redundancy solutions are online.
Engineers are onsite investigating the issue to restore power. Managed server customers will receive a call from their account manager in the morning.

At approximately 00:06 power was lost to several racks in the datacenter. Whilst most servers are online at this time, half remain offline and will be brought online shortly. Extra time is being taken to replace essential parts of a power board which has caused the power to trip.
This additional time will ultimately be worth it in the long run, and whilst we appreciate the inconvenience it is causing for all of our clients, we're working at our best.
At this time, all calls have been answered within 2 rings with 100% success rates, all staff are at our head office to bring machines online, and additional telephone staff will be available tomorrow to handle additional queries.
Managed server customers will receive an email in a couple of hours explaining the maintenance.
At this time, a number machines are still offline.
